Stairs, walls, and paths; natural stone along ponds and streams; or a cozy spot to sit—the design possibilities with natural stone are endless and long-lasting. A seating area designed with natural stone, framed by lush greenery, is as charming as it is low-maintenance. Winding paths and stairs and walls integrated into the garden are particularly attractive.

Whenever possible and desired, we build dry stone walls. This means the stones are shaped so that they fit together almost seamlessly and form a solid bond. This eliminates the need for cement-based building materials. The cavities provide a home for wall lizards, numerous insects, and plants.

The uses for natural stone are almost limitless. And the stones can often be reused multiple times, making them a sustainable material.

Examples of natural stone projects:

  • Pond Systems
  • Stairs
  • Walls
  • Open Spaces
  • Paths
  • Edge Reinforcements
  • Raised beds
  • Privacy screens
  • Stone piles as shelters
  • A variety of art
